**Rooms Division Manager**
Stratford, ON
**Overview**
A luxury boutique hotel is seeking a Rooms Division Manager to oversee Front Desk and Housekeeping, ensuring a seamless, high\-touch guest experience. This is a hands\-on leadership role with full ownership of the rooms division, focused on service excellence, operational discipline, and team performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee all Front Desk and Housekeeping operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the rooms division
* Deliver and maintain a high\-touch guest experience aligned with luxury service standards
* Lead, coach, and hold accountable department heads and their teams
* Establish and maintain SOPs, conduct regular inspections, and ensure operational excellence
* Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
* Manage departmental budgets, labour, and cost controls while maintaining service standards
* Drive rooms performance including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR
* Collaborate with senior leadership on operational direction and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards
**Qualifications**
* 5\+ years of experience in Rooms Division or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
* Experience in a luxury or premium hotel environment strongly preferred
* Strong understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping operations
* Experience with PMS systems and revenue management principles
* Proven ability to lead teams in a high\-performance, service\-driven environment

**Compensation**
* $65,000 – $85,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
