Roles: Forward Deployed Engineer (aka Customer Delivery Lead) and Platform Engineer Both roles full-time ONSITE in London, £100–160k + 0.5–1.0% equity grant, visa sponsorship available. We build an AI system that builds software for complex construction & infrastructure megaprojects to sell things currently only sold by service providers. To do this, we both do whatever it takes to solve complex projects' needs AND build the system that automates ourselves out of it. We just raised our seed round (25m$ valuation) and currently have 4 people, looking to hire 6-10 total this year. == Platform Engineer Build the system that takes our jobs. Algorithms, infrastructure, shared components, agents, and internal tooling - across the full stack. Our platform engineers build everything from our custom meeting integration to AI coding agent harnesses, sandbox environments, complex shared app features and more. == Customer Delivery Lead / Forward Deployed Engineer Help build the AI systems that run megaprojects. We’re looking for a customer-obsessed generalist who can understand complex problems and ship solutions - part product designer, part delivery lead, part AI wrangler. In this role you deploy with customers, build software that solves their problems and do whatever it takes to maximally learn about the way they run their complex projects.
