Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Road Deviation Design Engineer** to join our infrastructure team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing road deviation and traffic diversion designs for infrastructure, utility, and construction projects while ensuring compliance with UAE authority standards such as RTA and municipality guidelines.
Road design engineers typically develop **horizontal and vertical road alignments, profiles, cross\-sections, and design documentation** for highway and infrastructure projects while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare **temporary and permanent road deviation designs** for infrastructure and utility projects.
* Develop **road geometry, alignments, cross\-sections, and profiles** using design software.
* Prepare **traffic diversion plans and temporary traffic management layouts**.
* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities for **design approvals**.
* Ensure designs comply with **RTA, Dubai Municipality, and UAE road design standards**.
* Prepare **design drawings, BOQs, and technical reports** for authority submission.
* Conduct site visits and review survey data to support design solutions.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including **traffic engineers, surveyors, and planners**.
