**Role overview**
We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our head office in Stockholm and become an essential part of our dynamic team overseeing the revenue performance of ten hotels, including their restaurants as well as event and meeting facilities.
In this role, you will use your analytical abilities and strategic mindset to drive commercial performance together with Sales, PR/Marketing, and E\-commerce. Your analyses form the foundation of the annual budgeting process, guiding the strategic initiatives and focus areas that each hotel and commercial function follows throughout the year.
You are comfortable communicating and collaborating to create targeted initiatives and drive sales. You thrive in a position where you hold overall strategic responsibility while also working hands\-on with daily yield management and forecasting for your hotels. To succeed in this role, you are a highly communicative team player and a confident decision\-maker motivated by the opportunity to influence outcomes. You work efficiently and meticulously, and enjoy creating structures and routines rather than maintaining them.
**Responsibilities**
* Conduct daily forecasting and analysis, as well as monthly forecasting and strategic planning for each hotel.
* Analyse booking patterns, demand shifts, market changes, competitor pricing reactions, and yield strategies to support tactical decision\-making.
* Execute daily pricing and restriction adjustments to optimize hotel revenue.
* Support hotel sales teams with pricing strategy and guidance for group quotations.
* Monitor and analyse current, historical, and statistical data to drive development both at unit level and within the revenue department.
* Play a leading role in the budgeting process to define annual goals and KPI targets for each hotel, while contributing to the commercial strategy throughout the year.
* Work proactively on ad hoc projects that support the overall profitability of the group.
* Maintain regular dialogue and alignment with hotel GMs, operations managers, and reservations teams to ensure cohesive revenue management. This includes monthly meetings to communicate performance and forecast updates.
**Qualifications**
* Post\-secondary education relevant to the role
*
* Fluent in Swedish and English
*
* More than 4 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry, including 2 years in Revenue Management
*
* Advanced knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, RMS, CRS, and other external analytical tools
*
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
*
* A proactive interest in AI tools and a desire to use them to enhance efficiency and insight
**What do we offer?**
* A dynamic workplace with a shared love for food and design
*
* A unique office location on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. We value working primarily on\-site, with the flexibility to work from home when needed
*
* Meal benefit through Edenred
*
* Employee rates within Nobis Hospitality Group, Design Hotels, and Marriott Hotels
*
* Access to Friends \& Family rates and discounts within Nobis Hospitality Group
*
* Team kick\-offs twice a year and annual company events
