Retail Sales Floor Manager

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about retail management and team development. **Duties** * Lead and supervise the sales floor team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to enhance performance and customer engagement * Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, stock control, purchasing, and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities * Manage store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity * Implement effective pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract customers and boost sales * Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting efforts, and ongoing training to build a skilled and motivated team * Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving complaints professionally, and maintaining high standards of communication skills * Manage shift schedules, monitor sales metrics, perform retail math calculations for budgeting purposes, and uphold store policies * Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure proper store presentation aligned with brand standards * Maintain organizational efficiency through bookkeeping, inventory control, stock stocking procedures, and administrative tasks **Experience** * Proven management experience in retail sales or a similar supervisory role with a focus on team leadership and store operations * Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, budgeting, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling * Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, training \& development, merchandising, and marketing strategies * Experience supervising staff in a fast\-paced environment with excellent time management abilities * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is advantageous but not required * Exceptional communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently * Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in retail settings is highly desirable Join us as a Retail Sales Floor Manager where your leadership will inspire teams to deliver outstanding service while driving store success.
