Restaurant Supervisor/Duty Manager

**Job Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Restaurant Supervisor** to oversee service in our sea view restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a dedicated team. This role offers an opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and team leadership to contribute to a thriving restaurant environment. **Duties** * Supervise all aspects of restaurant service during service times * Delegate tasks and supervise team members to maintain high service standards * Ensure front of house staff knowledgeable about menu and special dishes * Monitor supplies routinely needed for restaurant and notify Hotel Manager * Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee satisfaction * Implement training for staff development in hospitality, up\-selling, food safety (e.g. allergens) and service excellence * Maintain ambiance, cleanliness and organisation of restaurant ahead of each service * Assist in marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant’s offerings and enhance customer engagement * Provide customer and staff feedback to the Kitchen on food to continually improve service and product offerings **Qualifications** * Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within hospitality settings * Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively * Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food service * Experience in supervising staff across various roles such as serving, barista duties * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure * Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and customers * Previous experience in restaurant or culinary environments is essential This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to lead a team while delivering outstanding dining experiences.
