**Role Description**
This is a full\-time, on\-site role as a Restaurant Manager based in Trivandrum. The Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service, excellent customer experiences, and adherence to health and safety standards. The role includes managing staff schedules, monitoring inventory, resolving customer complaints, and working towards achieving sales and profitability targets. The manager will also collaborate with the corporate team to implement promotional strategies, maintain the brand image, and foster strong relationships with team members and customers.
**Qualifications**
* Strong leadership, team management, and problem\-solving skills to oversee staff and restaurant operations effectively.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming and high\-quality dining experience.
* Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and achieving sales and profitability goals.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, with a focus on maintaining compliance.
* Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to handle high\-pressure situations with a calm and proactive approach.
* Prior experience in restaurant management or the food and beverage industry is highly desirable.
* A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
