Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, organizing and optimizing food and beverage operations, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. This is a full\-time, on\-site position located in Stratford, ON, requiring active participation in the day\-to\-day restaurant activities as a leader and problem solver. **Qualifications** * Proven skills in Customer Service and a strong focus on maintaining Customer Satisfaction * Experience in hiring, training, and managing a team effectively * Strong Communication and leadership abilities for team motivation and guest interaction * Comprehensive knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations, including inventory management and quality control * Ability to adapt to a fast\-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail * Post\-secondary education in hospitality management, business, or a related field (preferred) * Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is an asset * Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness
