The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring optimal food and beverage quality. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer satisfaction, supervising and training employees, managing scheduling and hiring, and ensuring the restaurant meets performance targets. The role also involves adhering to operational and safety standards while fostering a positive workplace culture. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests. * Experience in Hiring and team management, including scheduling, training, and fostering employee engagement. * Effective Communication skills tailored to a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment. * Experience in the Food \& Beverage sector, with an understanding of quality control and operational efficiency. * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and leadership abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and make data\-driven decisions. * Prior experience in the quick\-service restaurant industry is a plus.
