We’re now looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help shape the next chapter of our growth. What You’ll Do * Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient service * Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team * Deliver exceptional guest experience and handle feedback professionally * Manage staff scheduling, labour control, and performance * Support inventory, ordering, and wastage control * Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance * Work closely with the owner on improvements and reporting What We’re Looking For * 3\+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager * Strong leadership and communication skills * Calm, confident, and organised during busy service * Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction * Experience with Indian cuisine is a bonus, but not essential * Ability to work evenings and weekends What We Offer * Competitive salary (£35,000 per annum) * Supportive ownership and a positive working culture * Opportunity to grow with a premium, authentic brand * Staff meals and discounts * A chance to shape the guest experience and service standards How to Apply Send your CV and a short introduction to:  prasad@ranasculinary.co.uk
