In this role, you will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and maintaining high\-quality food and beverage services. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, managing hiring and training of employees, and fostering excellent communication between team members and guests. You will also play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and upholding PYRAMID’s commitment to exceptional hospitality experiences. **Qualifications** * Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure excellent guest experiences. * Experience in Hiring and team management to recruit, train, and support staff effectively. * Excellent Communication abilities for smooth team coordination and guest interactions. * Knowledge of Food \& Beverage operations, standards, and presentation. * Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a dynamic, fast\-paced environment. * Problem\-solving aptitude and the ability to address customer concerns efficiently. * Experience in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
