**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Restaurant Manager**to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for the food industry. This role involves supervising staff, managing food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. A background in food preparation, cooking, and hospitality is essential to succeed in this position. **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including interviewing and training new team members * Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met * Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation * Monitor daily restaurant operations to optimize service flow and customer satisfaction * Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and foster a positive dining experience * Supervise inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs * Implement staff schedules, oversee team management, and promote teamwork within the restaurant environment * Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house operations * Maintain a professional appearance of the restaurant and uphold brand standards **Experience** * Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment * Strong background in food industry operations including food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices * Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms * Demonstrated leadership skills in team management and training * Familiarity with hospitality standards from hotel or barista experience is a plus * Previous restaurant management experience preferred but not required; relevant food service or kitchen experience is valuable * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs effectively This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team in a fast\-paced environment.
