Your strong communication skills, team\-building abilities, and dedication to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service will ensure the success of our Store. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site position for a Retail Store Manager at our location in Pune Division. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, implement loss prevention strategies, and lead staff to achieve sales and operational goals. Responsibilities include team management, sales reporting, creating a welcoming environment, and ensuring compliance with Myfroyoland's quality standards. **Qualifications** * Strong customer satisfaction, customer service, and communication skills * Proficiency in store management and team coordination * Understanding of retail loss prevention techniques * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment and ensure operational efficiency * Previous experience in retail or QSR management is a plus * Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field is preferred * Excellent organizational and problem\-solving abilities * Willingness to work on\-site in Pune Division **Main Responsibilities:** Organize stock and equipment, order supplies, and oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and security. Coordinate staff scheduling and create duty rosters to ensure smooth operation. Oversee all back\-of\-house operations and ensure efficient and effective processes. Plan and work within budgets, maximize profits, and achieve sales targets set by head office. Control takings and administer payrolls, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Train and develop existing staff to improve performance and achieve targets. Motivate and encourage staff to reach their full potential and maintain high standards. Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. Handle customer complaints and queries effectively and promptly. Implement branded promotional campaigns from head office or create your own. Manage point\-of\-sale promotional materials. Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation. Attend regular meetings with area managers or head office representatives. Establish relationships with the local community and participate in company corporate social responsibility programs. Qualifications: 1\-2 years of management experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and problem\-solving skills. Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends. A great work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
