**Restaurant Manager** **£33,000\- £36,000 DOE \- 40 hours per week** **Lymm Services, M6 Junction 20 and M56 Junction 9, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 0SP** As a Restaurant Manager, you will understand that it is all about people; it’s where we look to create a memorable customer experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead your team in delivering KFC’s world\-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience. **What you will get in return as a Restaurant Manager** * Annual bonus up to \*£7,800pa\* (up to 20%, dependent on location and performance) * Up to 60% colleague discount for you, family, and friends with brands such as Costa Coffee, Pret A Manger, M\&S Simply Food, Burger King, Greggs, KFC, WHSmith and more * Enhanced benefits, including pension, sick pay, maternity, paternity, and life assurance * Fabulous development opportunities including funded qualifications, leading to the next step in your career being a Site Operations Manager **What you will be doing as a Restaurant Manager** * Ensure that the KFC unit achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed budget and P\&L * As a Restaurant Manager you will support and develop your team, ensuring that each colleague feels valued, supported, and able to grow both personal and professionally * Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards * Overall responsibility for driving consistent high quality customer service and sales * Lead shifts including opening and closing the unit **What Skills \& Knowledge you’ll need** * A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail, or catering brand environment * You will have previous experience work to and delivering against budgets, P\&L, labour costs and ratios and cost saving initiatives * An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders * Previous experience motivating and increasing the performance of your team with mentoring, training, and succession planning. * An ability to remain calm under pressure in a pressurised environment You may be an assistant general manager or deputy manager who is aspiring to grow their career into management, or you may be a restaurant manager, general manager or store manager looking for that next challenge.
