The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, managing customer service, supervising food and beverage operations, and ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures. The role also entails fostering a positive work environment and implementing strategies for operational efficiency. **Qualifications** * Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer needs effectively * Proficiency in Hiring and staff management, with experience building and leading a cohesive team * Excellent Communication skills to ensure clear interactions with team members and guests * Knowledge and experience in Food \& Beverage operations, including menu understanding and service standards * Exceptional organizational and leadership skills * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and focus * Experience in restaurant or hospitality management is a strong asset * A diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred
