Restaurant Manager

**Job Description:** **We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager** to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. * Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and service standards. * Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to achieve financial targets. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. * Prepare operational and financial reports for management review. * Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure consistent quality and presentation. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant management (preferably in a fine dining or premium casual setting). * Strong leadership, organizational, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. * Presentable, professional, and customer\-focused. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary of AED 15,000 per month plus tips * Company\-provided benefits as per UAE Labour Law * Opportunities for growth and career development
