Job Description
**J JOB PROFILE** The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures. The role focuses on achieving sales, profitability, and customer service targets, while ensuring that appropriate products and services are consistently delivered to customers. The primary objective of this role is to enhance overall business performance and drive sustainable growth. This will be achieved by increasing market share, maximizing sales and profitability, and continuously improving customer satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Team Management** * Manage and lead the team within the assigned area of responsibility. * Identify and prioritize business needs to effectively schedule staff. * Drive employee retention through motivation and engagement initiatives. * Promote company incentive schemes and benefits to enhance morale and productivity. * Coach, mentor, train, and develop team members. * Identify training needs and recommend high\-performing employees for succession planning. * Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback. * Lead daily team briefings to ensure alignment and operational readiness. **Stakeholder \& Customer Management** * Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support business objectives. * Ensure communication is effective, open, and transparent at all times. * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. * Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism. **Operational Excellence** * Maintain and monitor internal processes to ensure consistency in quality and service standards. * Prepare and submit reports as required. * Ensure compliance with quality, customer service, health \& safety, and food hygiene standards. * Maintain a safe and compliant working environment at all times. * Ensure adherence to Company QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards. * Ensure product availability while maintaining operational standards. * Maintain ongoing coordination with the Marketing team. **Cost Control \& Financial Management** * Plan and order inventory based on operational requirements. * Monitor stock levels and analyze costs regularly. * Control operational and shop expenses effectively. * Ensure strong inventory and cash control procedures are in place and followed. **Sales \& Business Performance** * Consistently strive to meet or exceed budgeted targets. * Drive sales growth while maintaining strict cost controls. * Communicate and implement sales and marketing campaigns effectively within the team. * Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and applicable labor laws. * Align all activities with the Company’s mission and strategic objectives. **General Responsibilities** * Lead by example and ensure strict adherence to company policies. * Participate in training sessions, meetings, and company initiatives as required. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the restaurant, including the kitchen. * Ensure compliance with all safety standards at all times.
