**Restaurant General Manager / Senior Operations Manager \| Kenya** We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Restaurant General Manager / Senior Operations Manager** to oversee high\-volume, upscale, and fine\-dining operations. The ideal candidate will lead teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations of high\-volume, upscale, or fine\-dining restaurants. * Lead, recruit, train, and manage large, diverse teams. * Drive financial performance including budgeting, cost control, P\&L management, and forecasting. * Optimize revenue and implement cost\-efficiency strategies. * Manage food and beverage operations, including menu engineering and inventory control. * Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and cost\-effectiveness. * Ensure exceptional customer experience and resolve complex guest issues. * Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. * Develop and execute strategic plans to improve operations and brand consistency. * Collaborate with stakeholders, including owners, executives, chefs, and partners. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Proven senior\-level experience in restaurant management. * Strong leadership and people\-management skills. * Expertise in financial management and revenue optimization. * In\-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations. * Exceptional customer service and problem\-solving abilities. * Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. * Strategic thinking and operational excellence mindset. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to perform under pressure in fast\-paced environments. * Track record of improving profitability and team engagement. **Compensation \& Benefits:** * Salary: USD 1,000 – 1,200 per month (negotiable based on experience) * Housing provided * Health insurance coverage * Visa sponsorship * One month annual leave **Location:** Kenya
