Job Title: Resort Manager Location: Sakleshpura Employment Type: Full\-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff efficiently, and drive overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day\-to\-day resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food \& beverage, and maintenance Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally Lead, train, and manage resort staff to maintain service excellence Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest experience Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory and supplies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field 3–7 years of experience in hotel/resort management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Problem\-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment Preferred Skills: Experience with hotel management software Strong financial and operational management skills Customer\-focused approach with a passion for hospitality What We Offer: Competitive salary Accommodation \& meals (if applicable) Career growth opportunities Dynamic and positive work environment
