**Job Title** : Resort Operations Manager **Resort Name: \-** **The Corbett Selva Resort By DevStayZ** **Location:** Ramnagar, Jim Corbett, Uttarakhand 244715 **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Salary:** ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month **Job Overview:** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Resort Operations Manager to manage the overall operations of the resort at Jim Corbett. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day\-to day functioning, delivering excellent guest experiences, and improving operational efficiency and profitability. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. **Operational Managemen** t  Oversee daily operations of all resort departments  Ensure smooth coordination between departments  Maintain high standards of service quality and guest experience  Monitor occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency **2\. Guest Experience \& Satisfaction**  Ensure exceptional guest service and handle VIP guests  Address and resolve guest complaints promptly  Maintain strong online reputation and review ratings **3\. Financial Management**  Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports  Control costs and maximize profitability  Monitor revenue streams (rooms, F\&B, events, activities) **4\. Team Leadership**  Recruit, train, and supervise department heads and staff  Foster a positive and productive work environment  Conduct performance evaluations and staff development programs **5\. Sales \& Marketing Support**  Work with sales and marketing teams to increase bookings  Develop promotional strategies and packages  Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and vendors **6\. Compliance \& Safety**  Ensure compliance with local laws, licenses, and safety standards  Maintain health, hygiene, and environmental standards  Oversee security and risk management **7\.
