Now, we’re looking for the next Residential Account Manager to take over and elevate this foundation.

**The Role**
As Residential Account Manager in Sweden, you will take over and further develop an existing installer portfolio while continuing to expand our partner network.
You’ll report to the Country Manager Sweden and collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales, Onboarding, Technical Support, Finance \& Logistics, and Marketing.
This is not a “start from scratch” position \- but it is a role where you can raise the bar, strengthen structure, and help scale performance.
As Emaldo in Sweden grows, we expect to expand the local sales team. For the right profile, this role can naturally develop into a Key Account Manager or a Sales Manager position over time.
**Your Responsibilities**
* Take ownership of and further develop existing installer relationships
* Identify and onboard new high\-potential installer partners
* Drive structured sales growth and recurring revenue
* Contribute to sales planning, forecasting, and territory development
* Deliver training sessions (online and in\-person) for installer partners
* Support partners with positioning, pricing logic, and sales structure
* Maintain disciplined CRM usage and pipeline management
* Collect market insights and feed them back into product and marketing
* Represent Emaldo at trade fairs and industry events
* Contribute to building scalable processes and best practices
* Support onboarding and mentoring of future team members as we grow
**What We’re Looking For**
* 4\-6 years of B2B sales or account management experience
* Background in solar, renewable energy, technical products, or related industries
* Proven track record of consistent target achievement
* Strong commercial understanding (margin, forecasting, structured pipeline)
* Experience improving sales processes or contributing to GTM strategy
* Informal leadership experience (mentoring, leading initiatives, driving structure) is a strong advantage
* Technical understanding of solar PV, batteries, EV chargers, or similar systems
* Strong presentation and training skills
* Native Swedish speaker with strong English proficiency

* Confident in taking ownership of an established market
* Relationship\-driven, but commercially sharp
* Interested in developing into a leadership role over time
* Passionate about renewable energy and real impact
**Travel**
Regular travel within Sweden is expected. Occasional travel abroad for workshops and internal meetings.
