Resident Engineer

The Dubai office of the company \- currently comprising over Two Hundred Fifty (250\) Architects and Engineers \- provides Lead Consultancy, Architectural and Engineering Services for several top U.A.E. Clients involved in Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Leisure Developments. **Job Summary:** The Resident Engineer will oversee and manage all aspects of construction activities on\-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 30 years of experience in construction, engineering and management with a focus towards Residential projects. * **Full time attendance on site working 6 days a week** * Site Office located is in Dubai and Sharjah. **Skills:** * Leadership skills, proactive attitude and sound judgment. * Strong understanding of engineering and the construction processes, methods and best practices. * Proficiency in project and construction management methodologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
