Job Description
DASA Hospitality is a growing hospitality management company focused on maximizing hotel and holiday home performance through smart distribution, strong OTA presence, and data\-driven revenue strategies. We work closely with property owners to improve visibility, occupancy, and profitability while ensuring seamless guest experiences. **Role Description** We are looking for a Reservations \& Revenue Manager to join our on\-site team in Pune. This is a full\-time role responsible for daily reservations operations, OTA property onboarding, channel management and revenue optimization across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with OTA platforms, PMS, Channel Managers and a strong analytical mindset to drive pricing and inventory decisions. **Key Responsibilities** • Manage daily reservations operations across OTA and direct channels • Handle OTA property listing, onboarding, and optimization (Booking.com, Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, etc.) • Maintain and manage Channel Manager and PMS systems • Implement revenue management strategies to maximize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly revenue analysis and reporting • Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns • Optimize pricing, inventory allocation, and promotions across channels • Coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams for smooth execution • Ensure rate parity, availability accuracy, and content quality on all platforms **Required Skills \& Qualifications** • Strong Revenue Management and Pricing Optimization skills • Hands\-on experience with OTA platforms and Channel Management systems • Deep understanding of property onboarding and OTA workflows • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends • Experience in reservations handling and guest query management • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multi\-property environment • Knowledge of hospitality and travel industry trends is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred) **Why Join DASA Hospitality?** • Work with multiple properties and brands • High exposure to OTA management and revenue strategy • Growth\-oriented environment with learning opportunities • Direct impact on business performance and scalability
