Research And Development Scientist (On 3rd party)

***Experience*** : 8\+ year of experience in Data science and engineering ***Qualification:*** Masters in any field ***Technical skills*** : Data Science, Utilization of digital tools, create visualization of complex data, scripting using different data tools, DOE, creation of predictive models. ***Responsibilities:*** • Carries out activities within their area of expertise of data and digital tools. • Contributes to R\&D projects by implementing their technical and cross\-functional skills. • Perform statistical and data analyses to support lab teams: method validations, design of experiments, interactive data visualizations, statistical interpretation of results. • Apply data science analyses on specific R\&D project datasets: dataset preparation and quality checks ; data visualization ; unsupervised exploratory analysis ; predictive model building. • Communicate results and findings to multidisciplinary R\&D project teams and discuss next steps. Write reports on work performed ; document software code. • Hold the role of “data steward”: help teams apply our entity’s Data Governance, apply and teach recommended data management practices. • In close association with our entity’s data engineers, monitor and develop labs data management infrastructure: automated instrument data capture flows, data visualization services. • Coordinates all stakeholders involved in their study. • Reports research results in writing and/or through internal/external presentations • Proposes new data tools. • Actively contributes to the exchange of ideas.
