**YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY**
The Rental coordinator will provide general and specialized administrative support across all levels of the organization. This role will have the opportunity to work with various departments, such as rentals, administration, accounting, and general management.
***Key Responsibilities***
* Create and close rental contracts, follow up with customer inquiries, dispatch, quotes, and rental returns;
* Perform clerical duties including data entry, file maintenance, inventory management, document preparation and general office services;
* Ensure accurate and timely hourly employee time sheets;
* Assist the parts department with reception and distribution of parts as needed;
* Support clients and be a front\-line contact, supporting the sales team to ensure our customers are happy and with the right equipment when they need it.
**Skills \& Experience**
* At least one to two (1\-2\) years of previous customer service experience in a office administration or inside sales role – working in a fast\-paced service environment;
* Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written – with the ability to professionally demonstrate phone etiquette;
* Ability to multitask and prioritize between various departments, while efficiently managing time;
* Class 5 driver’s license or reliable transportation;
* Academic or professional hands\-on experience in construction or equipment rentals will be considered an asset.
