This role will have the opportunity to work with various departments, such as rentals, administration, accounting, and general management. ***Key Responsibilities*** * Create and close rental contracts, follow up with customer inquiries, dispatch, quotes, and rental returns; * Perform clerical duties including data entry, file maintenance, inventory management, document preparation and general office services; * Ensure accurate and timely hourly employee time sheets; * Assist the parts department with reception and distribution of parts as needed; * Support clients and be a front\-line contact, supporting the sales team to ensure our customers are happy and with the right equipment when they need it. **Skills \& Experience** * At least one to two (1\-2\) years of previous customer service experience in a office administration or inside sales role – working in a fast\-paced service environment; * Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written – with the ability to professionally demonstrate phone etiquette; * Ability to multitask and prioritize between various departments, while efficiently managing time; * Class 5 driver’s license or reliable transportation; * Academic or professional hands\-on experience in construction or equipment rentals will be considered an asset.
