**Overview**
We are supporting a client seeking a
**Remote Customer Benefits Enrollment Representative**
to assist individuals who have already expressed interest in learning more about available benefits programs. This role focuses on guiding customers through the early stages of their benefits review using clear explanations, structured talking points, and a defined workflow.
This is a full\-time, remote position well\-suited for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working through step\-by\-step processes. You will engage exclusively with warm inbound interest, no cold outreach required. Training and ongoing guidance are provided to support your success.
**Responsibilities**
* Communicate with customers who have requested benefits information
* Explain available programs and outline next steps in a clear, approachable way
* Guide customers through initial enrollment and onboarding stages
* Maintain accurate notes and track customer progress
* Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
**Qualifications**
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
