This on\-site Registered Nurse role (primary title: Registered Nurse (RN)) supports high standards of patient safety, clinical documentation, and collaborative care in a regulated UAE healthcare environment. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Deliver direct patient care: perform comprehensive assessments, develop nursing plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes for assigned patients. * Administer medications, IV therapy, and blood products safely according to protocols; document dosing, reactions, and reconciliations in the EMR. * Continuously monitor vital signs and patient status; identify deterioration early and escalate per rapid response and escalation pathways. * Perform wound care, catheter/line care, and infection\-prevention procedures following clinical guidelines and aseptic technique. * Coordinate multidisciplinary care, lead bedside handovers, support discharge planning, and provide patient/family education focused on self\-care and follow\-up. * Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR, participate in audits, and contribute to continuous improvement and clinical governance activities. **Skills \& Qualifications Must\-Have** * BLS * ACLS * IV cannulation * Medication administration * Patient assessment * Wound care * Infection control * Electronic Medical Records **Preferred** * PALS or Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) * Experience with Cerner or Epic * Critical care or emergency department experience **Qualifications** * Valid UAE nursing license (DHA/DOH/MOH) or eligible for licensure * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification * Clinical nursing experience in acute care, medical\-surgical, or specialty ward environments * Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE an advantage **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * On\-site clinical environment with structured orientation and continuing professional development. * Collaborative, patient\-centered teams and opportunities for clinical upskilling and specialty rotations. * Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with UAE healthcare market standards.
