Registered Nurse – Urgent Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate **Registered Nurse – Urgent Care** to join our fast\-paced clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver high\-quality, patient\-centered care while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with **Department of Health – Abu Dhabi** standards. **Job Summary** Provide direct and indirect nursing care in an urgent care/emergency setting. The role requires rapid assessment, clinical decision\-making, and the ability to respond effectively to changes in patient condition while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care. **Key Responsibilities** Perform **patient triage, assessment, and reassessment** based on clinical priority Deliver safe and effective nursing care across all patient age groups **Assist Physicians In Emergency Procedures Such As** Intubation, chest tube insertion Fracture reduction, wound care, laceration repair **Perform Critical Nursing Procedures Including** IV insertion, blood extraction CPR, defibrillation, BVM ventilation Urinary catheterization Administer medications following safety protocols and prevent medication errors Monitor patient condition and respond rapidly to clinical changes Maintain accurate and timely documentation as per hospital and DOH standards Ensure infection control, patient safety, and quality care practices Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for diagnostic and therapeutic services Educate patients and families on treatment plans and pain management Maintain equipment readiness and ensure proper handling of narcotics and supplies **Requirements** Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing **Valid DOH License / DOH Eligibility** Minimum **2–3 years experience** in Emergency / Urgent Care **BLS Certification (mandatory)** \| **ACLS preferred** Strong triage, emergency response, and critical care skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
