Looking for an experienced RN to provide clinical expertise for healthcare ML initiatives. You’ll help translate real\-world nursing challenges into AI\-ready insights and training content.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide clinical insights for ML/AI healthcare solutions
* Identify nursing workflow challenges
* Create and review nursing\-specific training content
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams
**Requirements:**
* Registered Nurse (valid India license)
* 4\+ years full\-time clinical experience
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to document and structure clinical knowledge
**Preferred:**
* Experience in clinical documentation/training
* Exposure to healthcare tech or EMR systems
* Interest in AI/ML in healthcare
