Position: Nursing Staff Location: Jakkur, Bangalore Responsibilities: * Blood Collection for Investigations and Procedures: Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples for diagnostic tests and procedures with precision and care. * Assisting in Minor Dermatosurgical Procedures: Provide support to dermatologists during minor surgical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout. * Assisting in Aesthetic Dermatology Procedures: Assist in aesthetic treatments such as laser therapy, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, following established protocols. * Assisting in Hair Transplantation: Support the dermatology team during hair transplantation procedures, including preparation of the patient and assistance during the procedure. * Willingness to Learn: Maintain a proactive approach to learning new skills and techniques, staying updated on the latest advancements in dermatological care. * Patient Counselling: Offer clear and empathetic explanations to patients regarding various procedures, addressing their concerns and ensuring they feel informed and supported. * Instrument Sterilization: Follow strict protocols for instrument sterilization to maintain a safe and hygienic environment in procedure rooms. * Arranging Instrument Trolley: Ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are organized and readily available for procedures, maintaining efficiency and preparedness. * Preparing Patients for Procedures: Assist patients in preparing for dermatological procedures, providing instructions and reassurance as needed. * Maintaining Sterility of Procedure Rooms: Adhere to rigorous standards of cleanliness and sterility in procedure rooms, minimizing the risk of infection and ensuring patient safety. Requirements: * BSc/GNM Nursing and relevant certifications. * Prior experience in dermatology or surgical nursing preferred or freshers with keen interest to learn . * Strong skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. * Commitment to providing high\-quality patient care with compassion and empathy.
