Registered Nurse-IP

The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Unit at Czech Rehabilitation Hospital is responsible for providing high\-quality nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. The RN will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement effective treatment strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. * Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop and implement individualized care plans. * Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. * Education: Educate patients and their families about health management, rehabilitation processes, and discharge planning. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements. * Safety: Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety protocols. * Advocacy: Advocate for patients' needs and preferences within the healthcare system. * Professional Development: Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance nursing skills. **Qualifications** * Active DOH,DHA ,MOH License. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. * Previous experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings is advantageous. * Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, multidisciplinary environment. **Working Conditions** * Full\-time position with potential for varying shifts, including nights and weekends. * Exposure to patients with varying degrees of rehabilitation needs.
