Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated **Registered Nurse with Infection Control experience** to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of infection prevention and control practices, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Implement and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures.
* Conduct infection surveillance and report findings to the management.
* Ensure compliance with infection control standards and healthcare regulations.
* Educate healthcare staff on infection prevention practices and protocols.
* Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and waste management procedures.
* Investigate and report infection control incidents.
* Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives related to infection control.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to infection control activities.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
* Valid DOH Registered Nurse License or eligibility.
* Proven experience in Infection Control within a healthcare facility.
* Strong knowledge of infection prevention guidelines and healthcare safety standards.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Tagalog\-speaking candidates are preferred.
**Preferred:**
* UAE healthcare experience.
* Infection Control certification or training.

Pay: AED7,000\.00 \- AED9,000\.00 per month
