The Registered Nurse specializes in providing high\-quality, individualized care to patients in long\-term care to transitional care settings, following best practices and organizational standards. This role also supports nursing department management, including scheduling, staff evaluation, and development.
**Responsibilities**
* Adheres to M42’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
* Delivers comprehensive nursing assessments and individualized care plans for patients, with a specialty focus on long\-term care to transitional care settings.
* Provides advanced nursing care, close monitoring, and support for medically complex, ventilated, or severely disabled patients, ensuring best practices and patient safety.
* Administers medications and assists with complex medical procedures in accordance with clinical guidelines and unit protocols.
* Promotes a safe, culturally sensitive environment that maximizes patient quality of life and supports family involvement in care.
* Documents care accurately and communicates effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and escalation of care.
* Participates in quality improvement, audits, and educational initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
* Supports staff development through supervision, feedback, and engagement in performance evaluation, scheduling, and continuous learning.
**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
* Minimum 3 years’ post\-qualification nursing experience, including specialized services and clinical certification.
* Current nursing license in country of origin and eligibility for DOH/DHA Medical License.
* Proficiency in medical record systems and digital healthcare platforms.
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic preferred).
