**Exciting Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse!** Are you ready to make a real difference in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re currently seeking a **Registered Mental Health Nurse** **(RMN)** to join our dedicated clinical teams at **Frimley Park Hospital** . In this rewarding role, you'll provide expert mental health support to patients across various clinical areas. You'll be instrumental in delivering high\-quality care, supporting colleagues through training and development, and promoting parity between mental and physical health within the general hospital setting. **As a Valued Member Of The Team, You'll** Offer specialist advice and support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges. Contribute to staff development through guidance and training. Champion mental health awareness and well\-being across the Trust. **What We’re Looking For** A qualified RMN with strong clinical and risk assessment skills. In\-depth knowledge of mental health conditions and psychosocial interventions. A solid understanding of legal frameworks related to acute mental health care. Someone who is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast\-paced, multidisciplinary setting. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding mental health care and ready to take your career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you! * To deliver high\-quality, effective, and individualised nursing care that is compassionate, caring, and aligned with evidence\-based professional practice. * To assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans without supervision. * Maintaining a safe environment for patients. * Collaborating across the multi\-disciplinary team to ensure consistent and personalised care. * Contributing to the daily activities and treatment programmes. * To undertake mental health risk assessments and reduce vulnerable patients coming to harm. * To provide clinical areas with mental health advice, support, and expertise.
