to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide high\-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity of care while maintaining professional standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
* Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
* Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
* Monitor patient progress and report changes in health status to physicians.
* Educate patients and family members on disease management and home care techniques.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
* Follow infection control protocols and healthcare regulations.
* Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
* Valid
**Registered Nurse license**
(DHA / eligibility preferred).
* Minimum
**2 years of home healthcare nursing experience**
.
* Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple patients.
* Compassionate, patient\-focused approach.
* Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
