Job Description
**Job Responsibilities:**
* Oversee all sales and distribution activities within the assigned cluster, ensuring seamless operations and continuous growth.
* Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock availability and drive consistent increase in market penetration for Zong products.
* Enforce distribution policies and maintain strict discipline across the territory.
* Supervise Grid Managers, providing guidance to help them manage their teams effectively and achieve their targets.
* Evaluate potential outlets based on key criteria, including the number of shops, coverage, financial and logistical strength, brand affiliations, and reputation.
* Keep channel partners well\-informed on updates related to SOPs, targets, and trade promotions.
* Ensure that the sales team is fully trained, equipped, and knowledgeable about all company products.
* Cultivate a professional environment that fosters strong business relationships with franchises, distributors, and trade partners.
* Coordinate timely payments of incentives and commissions to franchises, retailers and trade partners, ensuring no delays.
* Maintain adherence to pricing and margin policies across the entire sales channel, from distributors to sub\-distributors and retailers.
* Ensure that franchises and retailers always have sufficient POS materials, and that these materials are prominently displayed in all outlets.
* Enforce compliance with the company's rules, policies, and procedures
* Address and resolve any commission, payout, and legal queries from channel partners to their utmost satisfaction.
* Identify and address challenges faced by franchise and retail channels in the territory, communicating these issues to the Regional Director or relevant departments.
* Focus on individual franchises, providing support to resolve their issues and motivating them to meet their targets.
* Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to coordinate BTL activities, trade promotions, business development, and special events within the territories
**Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):**
Education:
* In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above
Work Experience:
* Minimum Experience: 4 yrs. or Above
