Regional Sales Manager

**Job Description:** * Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals. * Identify new business opportunities and market trends in a manufacturing industry. * Prepare accurate sales forecasts and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets. * Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth. * Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability and ensure long\-term agreements. * To lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors. * Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. * Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely product availability. * Coordinate with finance for credit management and payment collection. * Foster a high\-performance culture focused on customer service and results. * Collaborate with marketing to design promotional campaigns tailored for foodservice clients. * To ensure revenue growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning, execution, and team leadership. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred). * Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience (preferrable **Hospitality and Catering Channels)** * Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large territories. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. * Excellent negotiation and relationship\-building skills. * Leadership and team development capabilities. * Strong analytical and reporting skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, customer\-focused environment.
