**Job Description:**
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with corporate goals.
* Identify new business opportunities and market trends in a manufacturing industry.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and establish annual, quarterly, and monthly performance targets.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive growth.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to optimize profitability and ensure long\-term agreements.
* To lead and manage the sales operations within the assigned region, focusing on clients and distributors.

**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience (preferrable
