Job Description
**Responsibilities**
**1\.Sales \& Business Growth**
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned retail partners – Top IR customers and Main KDR Channels(Kuwait Xcite, Oman Lulu/Extra/Sharaf DG).
* Develop and implement channel\-specific business plans to drive sales in IR/Wholesales/KDR.
* Monitor category and product\-level performance and take corrective actions to bridge gaps.
**2\.Channel Partner/KDR Partner Management**
* Manage and strengthen relationships with the distributor sales Team With IR and KDR.
* Prepare Sales Activity, monthly, quarterly. quarterly and promotional activities.
* Conduct regular business reviews with the sales team to track performance and identify opportunities.
* Ensure compliance with brand policies, pricing, and merchandising standards at the retail level.
**3\.Retail Execution \& Visibility**
* Ensure in\-store excellence by overseeing planogram compliance, display standards, and POSM deployment.
* Coordinate with marketing and visual merchandising teams for campaign execution.
* Conduct periodic retail audits to assess visibility, stock, and brand presence.
* Manage promoter performance and ensure adequate staffing during campaigns or key periods.
**4\.Market Intelligence \& Reporting**
* Skillfully analyze the brand Status with the 4P theory, PSI Management. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly, obtain brand market trends, competitors Products, pricing, Channels, and Set Suggested Competitive strategy to improve UGREEN market share in Key Channels(IR\+KDR).
**Qualifications**
**1\.**
A Bachelor's degree or above, minimum 3 years of Mobile Devices / Mobile Accessories Industrial.
**2\.**
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with a positive and open mindset.
**3\.**
Strong communication and team player. Natural Leaders are able to help each team member reach their full potential and achieve superior performance while pursuing a common goal. With Experience in KDR(Kuwait Xcite, Oman Lulu, Extra, Sharaf DG)Will take into priority.
**4\.**
Outstanding Consumer, Product, Sales and marketing strategy Abilities. Creative and logical Thinker. Strong cross\-cultural skills.
**5\.**
Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Local Arabic Language.
**6\.**
Accept Frequently business trips to Other Cities/Countries(Iraq, Kuwait, Oman).
