The Regional Sales Manager will lead and oversee sales operations within the designated region, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets, building and nurturing relationships with customers and business partners, conducting market research, and reporting on regional performance. Collaboration with internal teams and participation in strategy meetings will also be key components of this role. **Qualifications** * Proven skills in sales strategy, business development, and achieving sales targets * Strong leadership, team management, and motivational abilities * Experience in market analysis, customer relationship management, and negotiation * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in sales forecasting, reporting, and use of CRM tools * Ability to work on\-site in Lahore and travel within the designated region as required * Experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a significant advantage * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
