**Position Summary**
We are seeking a results\-driven Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across a defined territory. In this role, you will identify and secure new business, expand existing accounts, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver sales results. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast\-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and leverages data and insights to execute effective sales strategies.
Candidates must be based in Florida.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Sales \& Account Growth**
* Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts, maximizing revenue and market share.
* Develop and execute customer\-specific strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Customer Relationships \& Service**
* Build strong, lasting relationships with key customers, brokers, and distributors.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
* Represent the company professionally at trade shows, food events, and industry meetings.
**Data Analysis \& Reporting**
* Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and market trends.
* Provide insights and recommendations to leadership through CRM and reporting tools.
* Translate data into actionable strategies to drive sales growth.
**Cross\-Functional Collaboration**
* Partner with Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Service to support customer needs.
* Coordinate product sample shipments, promotional campaigns, and customer events.
* Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Operational Excellence**
* Maintain organized documentation for accounts, sales activities, and follow\-ups.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and quality expectations.
* Support continuous improvement of sales processes and internal systems.
**Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities**
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Analytical and data\-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
* Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
* Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Self\-motivated, results\-oriented, and persistent.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in collaborative environments.
* Must be able to travel 50\-70% of the time.
**Education \& Experience**
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* 8\+ years of experience in sales, preferably in foodservice, retail, or consumer packaged goods (CPG).
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Experience managing relationships with brokers, distributors, and key accounts.
