Regional Sales Manager – Conveyor Systems & Splicing

**Experienced Regional Sales Manager** to expand their business across the **MENA region**. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and grow business opportunities in conveyor systems and maintenance services across the MENA region * Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients * Conduct technical site visits to assess equipment reliability and operational challenges * Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients * Lead negotiations and close contracts * Work closely with engineering and technical teams to provide the best solutions * Travel across the MENA region for business development and client meetings **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum **10 years of experience** in conveyor systems, maintenance, or industrial sales * Strong knowledge of **conveyor belt technology, splicing, wear protection, and condition monitoring** * Good communication and negotiation skills * Fluency in **English** (Arabic is an advantage) * Existing network in industries like **mining, cement, steel, ports, or aggregates** is preferred * Willing to travel frequently across the region Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: AED25,000\.00 \- AED30,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have 10\+ years of experience in conveyor systems, splicing, wear protection, or industrial maintenance?
