Pakistan Construction Chemicals (Pvt) LTD seeks an accomplished Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts in the Construction Chemicals, Industrial Flooring, and Coatings sectors within a designated geographic region. The ideal candidate possesses over eight years of experience driving sales for large organizations, combined with strong leadership skills to manage a team of five members. This role demands expertise in developing and executing robust sales strategies tailored to the construction industry, as well as proficiency in customer relationship management to foster long\-term client partnerships and sustain revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the entire sales pipeline, utilizing CRM software to optimize lead generation, forecasting sales trends, and negotiating contracts effectively. A background in civil engineering or a related field, complemented by a Graduate or MBA degree from a recognized university, will enable the candidate to comprehend technical requirements and communicate value to clients with precision. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the expansion and market penetration of Pakistan Construction Chemicals' products while leading a dedicated team toward achieving ambitious sales targets.Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies focused on the Construction Chemicals, Industrial Flooring, and Coatings markets within the assigned region.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of five members, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and consistent achievement of sales objectives.
* Generate new business leads through proactive sales prospecting and relationship\-building activities to expand the customer base.
* Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that meet project requirements.
* Forecast sales volumes, set revenue targets, and ensure the team meets or exceeds these goals through effective pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting.
* Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and monitor progress against established targets.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable sales while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
* Collaborate with cross\-functional teams such as marketing and product development to align sales initiatives with company objectives and market demands.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings.
* Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision\-making.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements during all sales operations.
* Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the companys brand presence and build a strong market network.
