Our representatives introduce the full range of Carmel products to new distributors, professionals, factories, and producers across a broad variety of markets. **Our products include:** **Industrial markers:** **Sold to industrial distributors, welding distributors, hardware stores, construction supply stores, tire repair distributors, arts and crafts retailers, animal health distributors, and more.** **Specialty waxes:** **Sold to dental and orthodontic distributors, wineries, cheese producers, distributors and professionals in the health and beauty sector, among others.** **Hot melt adhesives:** **Used by mattress manufacturers, packaging companies, corrugated box producers, furniture manufacturers, and other manufacturing industries.** Job Description This is a full\-time, fully remote position based in Alberta, covering Western Canada. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing the distributor network, increasing brand presence, and visiting both distributors and end users to present and position the full range of Carmel products. Responsibilities Business Development and Sales * Increase market share with existing distributors. * Develop the assigned territory by identifying and prospecting end users and distributors (cold calls, field visits, telemarketing, etc.). * Open new distribution channels and establish strong, long\-term business relationships. * Conduct sales visits with distributors and end users, either independently or together with distributor representatives. Management and Reporting * Define clear, realistic, and measurable annual sales targets in collaboration with management. * Report daily activities and sales results according to company requirements. * Maintain the CRM with up\-to\-date information on customers, prospects, and sales activities. * Submit visit reports and purchase orders accurately and on time. * Optimize sales time by maximizing productive contacts and visits. Sales by Product Line **Industrial markers:** **For: Industrial distributors, welding sector, metalworking, automotive, hardware stores, tire distributors, art stores, construction supplies, etc.** **Textile markers:** **For: Sewing and upholstery supply companies.** **Livestock markers:** **For: Animal genetics companies (insemination technicians), veterinary pharmaceutical distributors, agricultural distributors, pork producers, and dairy farms.** **Health and beauty waxes:** **For: Dental distributors, orthodontics, pedorthists, and the health and beauty sector.** **Food contact waxes:** **For: Wineries, cheese producers, and other food manufacturers.** **Casting wax:** **For: Investment casting foundries.** **Hot melt adhesives:** **For: Packaging industries, corrugated box manufacturers, furniture, and mattress manufacturers.** Requirements * Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience. * Experience in industrial sales (highly valued). * Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship management skills. * Ability to document interactions; organized, methodical, and professional. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
