**Regional Sales Director** \- Middle East \& Africa **Graphics Solutions \| Broadcast \& Sports Technology** **Location:** Dubai (with flexibility across the region) **The Role** We’re looking for a senior sales leader to own and grow the Middle East \& Africa region for a market\-leading broadcast graphics solutions portfolio, focused on news and sports production. This is a strategic, hands\-on role where you’ll define the go\-to\-market approach, grow market share, and build long\-term relationships with broadcasters, sports networks, production companies, and key partners across the region. **What You’ll Be Doing** * Own and execute the regional sales strategy for graphics solutions across MEA * Drive new business growth while expanding existing broadcast and sports accounts * Build and manage a strong partner ecosystem, including systems integrators and channel partners * Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, negotiation, and close * Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to align customer needs with solutions * Stay on top of market trends, competitor activity, and evolving broadcast workflows * Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to senior stakeholders * Maintain accurate forecasts, pipelines, and reporting for regional performance **What We’re Looking For** * Proven success in senior sales or regional leadership roles within broadcast technology or media * Strong experience selling graphics solutions into news and sports environments * Well\-established network across the MEA broadcast ecosystem (customers and SIs) * Deep understanding of modern broadcast workflows, including IP, cloud, and subscription models * Strategic mindset with a hands\-on, results\-driven approach * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Fluent English; Arabic * Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally **Why This Role** * Own a high\-impact region with significant growth potential * Work with industry\-leading graphics technology used by top\-tier broadcasters * Senior, visible role with real influence over regional strategy * Opportunity to shape long\-term customer and partner relationships
