You will oversee operations across the Middle East and North Africa, working closely with our Global Operations Director and collaborating with Sales, HR, Finance, and local agents. This is a role for a leader who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment and who is ready to elevate our regional performance to the next level. In order to succeed, we are looking for a candidate with tangible experience in key areas such as operational and strategic leadership, client management, safety \& compliance and of course Financial Management. **What you will be doing:** **Leadership** * Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of emission management projects. * Ensure efficient resource allocation and on‑time, on‑budget project performance. * Report operational status to the Global Operations Director. * Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of ±25 employees. * Recruit and onboard new team members in collaboration with HR. * Set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of engagement and accountability. **Client \& Agent Management** * Build and maintain strong relationships with key Oil \& Gas clients. * Understand client needs and ensure high satisfaction with our services. * Manage and align with local agents across the MENA region. * Coordinate closely with the Sales Director and relevant sales manager. **Safety \& Compliance** * Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Act as Technical Manager for ISO compliance, including validation of technical activities. **Financial Management** * Develop and manage the regional budget. * Monitor financial performance and report results to the Managing Director and Finance Director. **Who are we looking for?** Our ideal candidate checks these boxes: * Ideally already living in Abu Dhabi with the necessary visas/approvals. * Strong technical expertise in emission management services. * Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025 is required * Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi‑country operational role. * Excellent client relationship skills and business acumen. * Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus. * Results‑driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure. **What we offer you:** We provide a competitive and well‑structured compensation package designed for a senior regional leadership role in the UAE.
