**Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of Regional Manager East Coast**
As a Regional Manager East Coast for North America, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening our distribution \& maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the region. Your primary objective is to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and overall business success through strategic account management. This role requires a proactive and results\-driven professional who can collaborate cross\-functionally to meet and exceed customer expectations.
**Things you will be doing as Regional Manager East Coast**
* Illustrate and develop the Regional Annual Sales Plan, relevant trade support budgets, and route\-to\-market strategy
* Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with company's’ strategic plan
* Monitor sales performance of all active channels within the region and initiate corrective actions where necessary
* Develop and implement appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities
* Ensure the business complies with local laws and regulations. Risks are identified, understood, and monitored to mitigate the potential risks
* Develop new markets/territories and foster appropriate and productive relations with vendors/distributors
* Manage operational and promotional activities, and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide feedback to commercial teams
* Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to assigned team and distributors in order to achieve growth and profitability targets
* Monitor the Financial Costs and ensure they are in adherence with the budget allocated
* Develop sales reporting systems with the distribution partners and/or key customers to receive critical In\-Market Sales for better planning \& insights
* Ensure market intelligence on competition or any emerging trend relevant to our product categories is provided to commercial teams at head office
* Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting relationships with key clients in North America; serve as the main point of contact, understand business needs and objectives, identify opportunities for growth and conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to align products/services with client needs
* Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross\-selling, and renewals
* Help negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability through our business partners
* Coordinate with internal teams, including trade marketing, marketing, supply chain, finance and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
* Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape
* Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities and challenges
**What are we looking for in you?**
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Regional sales manager or in a similar sales role
* Strong understanding of the North American market and industry trends
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights for strategic decision\-making
* Results\-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
* Willingness to travel as required
