**Regional HRBP \- South**
We're working with a rapidly expanding hospitality and leisure powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. With 50\+ sites across the UK and an aggressive growth trajectory, they are looking for a commercial HR leader to drive people strategy in the South.
This is a high\-impact, hands\-on role where you will act as a true strategic partner to the HR Director and Regional Managers. You will navigate a fast\-paced environment, leveraging your expertise in employee relations and talent management to scale operations effectively across multiple sites.
**The Role**
* Partner directly with the HR Director and Regional Management team to design and execute people strategies that align with ambitious commercial goals.
* Lead the end\-to\-end recruitment lifecycle and high\-volume talent acquisition strategies across 50\+ sites to ensure headcount remains optimized.
* Manage complex Employee Relations (ER) cases, providing expert advice on UK employment law and navigating performance management issues.
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from streamlining onboarding and induction programs to delivering leadership training for site managers.
* Review and modernize employment policies and procedures to ensure high\-growth scalability and compliance across the leisure group.
**What You'll Need**
* Extensive experience as an HR Manager or HRBP, specifically within the Hospitality, Retail, or Leisure industries (essential).
* Deep working knowledge of UK Employment Law and HR best practices in a multi\-site, high\-volume environment.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating a confident, commercial, and professional communication style.
* A flexible, hands\-on mindset with the willingness to travel across the South of England as required by the business.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously in a fast\-growing business.
