**Position Overview:**  NorthStar Hospitality a Lexington, KY based hospitality management company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Hotel Manager to oversee multiple award\-winning properties within our portfolio. The Regional Hotel Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and ensuring superior guest experiences across all hotels. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to manage diverse teams, optimize resources, and implement best practices that align with the company goals and brand standards. NorthStar Hospitalities portfolio of top rated brands include Hilton, InterContinental and Marriott International.  **Key Responsibilities:** Provide leadership and direction to General Managers and property leadership teams across assigned hotels.Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and service excellence.Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to maximize efficiency and results.Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.Drive guest satisfaction and online reputation scores through consistent service quality and problem resolution.Lead recruitment, training, and development of property management teams to foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.Partner with Sales \& Marketing to develop and execute strategies that increase occupancy, RevPAR, and market share.Oversee capital projects, renovations, and maintenance initiatives to protect and enhance asset value.Conduct regular property visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and support local leadership.Collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long\-term strategic planning. **Qualifications:** Minimum 5–7 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi\-property or regional leadership role.Strong financial acumen with experience managing P\&L statements, budgets, and forecasting.Proven ability to lead diverse teams, drive performance, and achieve results in a fast\-paced, competitive environment.Excellent communication, problem\-solving, and organizational skills.In\-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends, sales strategies, and operational best practices.Flexibility to travel frequently within the region. **What the Company Offers:** Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsCompany\-paid life and disability insurance401(k) Elite Travel and lodging discounts across our world\-class brand portfolio Opportunities for career advancement and professional development **Compensation details:** 80000\-95000 Yearly Salary
