Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor** to join a growing team in the construction and infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for projects.
* Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.
* Review contracts, drawings, and specifications to identify cost implications.
* Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare comparison reports.
* Conduct site visits to track progress and verify completed work for payment.
* Prepare interim valuations, variation orders, and final accounts.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control and project efficiency.
* Assist in procurement and tendering processes.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field**.
* Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in quantity surveying within construction or infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of **BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration**.
* Proficiency in **MS Excel and quantity surveying software**.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
