Our client Rehman Construction \& Interiors Pvt Ltd is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer \- Interior \& Renovation in Lahore Rehman Construction \& Interiors Pvt Ltd seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineer with strong expertise in interior and renovation works. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of producing precise Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and possesses up\-to\-date knowledge of current construction and renovation rates. This role demands a practical understanding of cost estimation and project budgeting to effectively support the company's construction projects. With 5 to 7 years of relevant experience required, the selected professional will bring industry insight and technical skills to ensure project cost control and resource optimization are achieved efficiently. The position involves managing a team of eight personnel, coordinating their efforts and fostering collaboration to meet project deadlines and quality standards. **Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed and accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior and renovation projects. * Analyze project drawings and specifications to estimate quantities and material requirements. * Maintain and update knowledge of current construction and renovation market rates. * Develop cost estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project scope. * Monitor project expenditures and participate in cost control activities to minimize overruns. * Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to resolve cost\-related issues promptly. * Lead a team of eight members, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and evaluating performance. * Collaborate on tender documentation preparation, including bills of quantities and contract conditions. * Review supplier and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracy. * Generate progress reports and documentation to assist in project monitoring and financial tracking. * Conduct site visits to verify quantities, quality, and adherence to project specifications. * Support negotiation processes with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve favorable financial terms. * Implement quality control measures to maintain compliance with company standards and industry regulations. * Assist in the preparation and submission of interim payment applications and final account settlements.
